Brown, named vice president in June 1997, is responsible for all areas of Accounting and Finance. In June 2003, he was appointed Secretary. 

Prior to joining TEMA, Brown worked at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. (TMMK) as General Manager of Accounting. Before beginning his career with Toyota in 1987, Brown held variety of financial positions with General Motors, including : plant accountant, internal auditor-domestic and overseas, treasurer's staff budget analyst and senior financial analyst. 

Brown graduated from Princeton University in New Jersey with a bachelor's degree in economics. He later earned a MBA from Stanford University in California. During his professional career, Brown has been engaged in various civic and community activities.
